Like other APA Hotels, the room size is small, but considering the price and the availability of artificial onsen facilities, it is a good choice, especially in winter. However, my spouse used the onsen around 6:00am and noted that the water temperature was significantly lower than in the evening. The hotel room is clean, but the temperature control is difficult to adjust, which I have experienced at all APA Hotels I have stayed at over the past few years. There is an electric kettle in the room, but the humidifier is only available upon request at the front desk, depending on availability. The hotel is about a 3-5 minute walk from Nagoya Station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The location is strategic and close to the station. Easy to move around in Nagoya. I had booked day tour for my family and gathering places near to the Nagoya Station. Besides, there are many restaurants to choose from the area nearby. The bed is comfortable and we sleep well. The room is clean and we enjoy the SPA well. We are able to drop our luggage at the lobby before our check in time.

The location was easy to get to from the train station, they allowed for us to leave our bags there while we explored the city. The staff were helpful and friendly. The public bath was a nice addition for our tired feet. The beds were a good size and comfy. All the toiletries were nice. It was clean and the extra pillows was AMAZING for a pregnant women. It was also very quiet. Had english TV as well.

Great location near Nagoya Station (and all the food options underneath the train station). Also close to Bic Camera for electronic goods. Self service laundry on second floor is useful for travelers. Very small rooms but expected for Japan! Excellent value for money. We were traveling for F1 at Suzuka with family members so this was perfect for what we needed for 4 days.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent amenity kit, super clean, good breakfast, location perfect a few minutes away from the station, staff nice and friendly with excellent English, plenty of useful information on the TV in the room (you can even ask for a late checkout at a reasonable price directly from the TV). Very good quality for the price, you will sleep well.

The hotel was very close to Nagoya station and also next to another APA hotel so it could be confusing. The hotel provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable space. There were separate men and women public bath as well as coin operated laundry. Our room was clean. It was a bit of a squeeze for two people and two suitcases, though you can store it under the bed when you don't need it. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a voucher for parking directly next to the hotel. It should be noted that the voucher only reduced the parking to ¥2,000 if you are parking within 3pm to 11am the next day.

The location was unbeatable—just steps from Nagoya Station and within easy reach of shops and dining. Our room was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and came with everything we needed, from a cosy bed to a handy on‑site onsen and laundry. Above all, the staff were incredibly attentive, offering spot‑on transport tips and even handling our luggage with care.

The room was very clean and easy to access. Very good placement close to Nagoya station and good value for money. Most suited for couples not minding a small room and travelling light. Would use APA again!

I booked a twin room which may be 30% larger than a normal double room. Moreover when I checked the price two weeks before my booked date, the room rate soared to double of my price. The onsen is an artificial one. However, the hot bath room is large enough to hold over 10 people and so it is spacious.
